Foodie Friday Post! 

Alison and I are a little obsessed with something called Buddha Bowls. They are healthy and oh so delicious. The ingredients can be layered or served similar to a salad or you can throw it all in a pan and mix it together. Top it with whatever sauce or dressing you desire and voila! Here is a little menu full of options you can choose from to create your own bliss in a bowl!
